The first SIL2 inductive sensors, quick to install and configure

The design of Telemecanique Sensors’ OsiSense XS takes detection to new levels of robustness and precision, while simplifying installation and reducing maintenance time. Simple, safe and economic, this sensor is designed to face the harshest industrial applications, where the risk of collision with a moving object is increased. With its unique “one-click concept” mounting system the OsiSense XS sensors can easily be installed on machines in a few seconds, saving time and money. Its five-position adjustable head is setup and configured manually, without any specific tool, and can be quickly changed without removing the whole device. The maintenance is easy thanks to the very bright display of the 4 LED that enable fast diagnostics. The new OsiSenseTM XS is an inductive proximity sensor in a compact format and robust body available in cubic (40 x 40 x 70mm) and limit switch format (40 x 40 x 117mm) in both flush and non-flush versions.

Simple installation!

These sensors adapt quickly and easily to your machines thanks to a unique tool-free one-click mounting making operation and maintenance easier.

Easier maintenance!

Accurate detection can be performed in virtually any direction thanks to its turret head which can be manually adjusted in five directions without using any special tools. In addition, 4 bright LEDs visible from any direction provide fast status evaluation.
