GM to invest $5.4 Billion in U.S. Manufacturing

Over the next three years, GM is investing more than $5 billion in its plants and processes. This investment comes on the heels of $16.4 billion it invested in its American facilities since 2009. These “investments are evidence of a company on the move, strategically investing in the people, tools and equipment to produce cars, trucks and crossovers that are built to win in the marketplace, with stunning design, quality and breakthrough technologies,” said a GM executive.
