Eaton’s Bussmann® series Class J Power Distribution Fuse Blocks (PDFBs) use up to 50 percent less panel space and reduce installation time and labor by 33 percent, when compared to traditional fuse block/power distribution block solutions.
This innovative, patented product is available with ratings of 100, 200 and 400 amps and is available in 1-, 2- and 3-pole versions, with individual pole versions having a dovetail feature that allows point-of-use assembly depending on the number of poles.
With a smaller footprint and a 200kA withstand rating, the PDFB helps panel builders achieve a higher assembly Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) for compliance with National Electric Code®.

To help enhance safety, the PDFB has an optional finger-safe, see-through cover, an IP20-rating that includes lockout/tagout capability and open circuit indication.
All configurations of the PDFB are now UL Listed to ease incorporation into current panel designs. This enhanced agency rating allows OEMs and panel builders to easily replace traditional solutions without incurring additional UL fees.
